摘要: The luminescent glasses composed of P2O5–ZnO–SrO–K2O (PZSK) tri-doped thulium oxide (Tm2O3), terbium (Tb4O7) and manganese carbonate (MnCO3) were synthesized by conventional melting method. full colors including blue, green reddish orange emitting are observed simultaneously in the photoluminescent spectra Tm/Tb/Mn PZSK excited 354 nm. combination these three allows realization white light glass samples. Furthermore, tunable color chromaticity parameters can be realized varying content dopant matrix, which makes as-prepared phosphate promising candidate for light-emitting diodes. It is confirmed that energy transfer from Tm3+ (Tb3+) to Mn2+ occurs, reasonably interpreted based on level diagrams analysis fluorescence lifetimes.
