摘要: The replication of the geminiviruses depends on viral encoded early (complementary-sense) proteins and host genome factors. Additionally, some (the AL2 protein subgroup III, RepA (formerly known as C1) or Rep (C1:C2) I geminiviruses) can function transcriptional activators virion- (V-)sense gene expression. yeast two-hybrid system has allowed us to predict functionally important regions maize streak virus (MSV) Rep. Defined domains these were shown act transactivators in cells. We detected association proteins, their subfragments, with retinoblastoma (ZmRb1) which is likely be one interacting proteins. showed self-association capability MSV suggest that homo- hetero-oligomerization may play an role replication. These results provide new insights into different relation activation regulation DNA
