摘要: This article reflects on COVID-19 restrictions imposed elders in Ireland through the lens of right to private and family life (Article 8 ECHR), focusing stay at home orders recommendations advising avoid social contact. Furthermore, we examine visiting nursing homes given high death toll that setting.
