摘要: Apparatus for replacing a suspension insulator on tower having davit arm supporting an attached and conductor shoe attaching energized to the lower end including non-conductive board longer than mounted below arm, struts extending between tower, movable slider board, jack lifting bar jack. Without contacting any components, lineman moves operates lift support detaches from insulator, components remote position replaces while it is supported by helicopter, into alignment with attaches insulator.
