摘要: A light-weight side gusset for a bag includes formed composite frame having peripheral raised region and depressed central region. An opening through the forms relatively narrow border portion around inner periphery of panel corresponding in configuration to outline is attached cover therethrough. The made up moldable substrate, e.g. ethyl vinyl acetate foam, an outer layer wear-resistant material, e.g., high-denier nylon or poly/nylon combination, and, preferably, adherent layer, loop half hook-and-loop fabric. Methods manufacturing frame, including such are also disclosed.
