摘要: The present invention is a natural gas steam reforming method for generating an output mixture of carbon dioxide and hydrogen, including the following steps. (1) Combusting portion with oxidizing agent to generate heat, superheated steam, dioxide, monoxide, hydrogen. (2) Steam additional under steam-rich conditions transform remaining into (3) Water-gas-shifting any residual monoxide hydrogen by utilizing water-gas-shift catalyst downstream step, thereby producing effluent that predominantly (4) Boiling water in top-to-bottom linear countercurrent heat exchanger transferring released water-gas-shifting where as gravitationally thermally stratified from top bottom boiling continues rise additionally heated exchanger. (5) And, produced reactant step assist reformation
