摘要: Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) functions as a regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis and coordinator stress response. CRH receptors exist in peripheral sites immune system, promotes several vitro. The effect systemic immunoneutralization was tested an experimental model chemically induced aseptic inflammation rats. Intraperitoneal administration rabbit antiserum to caused suppression both inflammatory exudate volume cell concentration by approximately 50 60 percent. detected inflamed area but not circulation. Immunoreactive is therefore produced where, contrast its indirect immunosuppressive effects, it acts autocrine or paracrine cytokine.
