摘要: Although phagocytes appear to have a redundancy of both oxidative and non-oxidative killing mechanisms, nevertheless, bacterial pathogens are still able evade these defenses in vivo cause lethal infection. As the mechanisms by which function become detailed at molecular level, recognition specific virulence determinants their effects sites also being identified. Knowledge interactions may permit use immunomodulators either neutralize or enhance capabilities phagocyte.
