Asthma control in the quality of life levels of asthmatic patients' caregivers: a systematic review with meta-analysis and meta-regression.

摘要: OBJECTIVE To perform a systematic review with meta-analysis and meta-regression to correlate the total scores of asthma control increase in health-related quality life levels parents asthmatic children. SOURCES The search was carried out following databases: PubMed (MEDLINE); Embase ScienceDirect (Elsevier); SciELO LILACs (Bireme) June 2017. included studies assessed through Asthma Control Questionnaire (ACQ), Test (C-ACT/ACT), Global Initiative for (GINA) questionnaires, whereas Pediatric Caregiver's Quality Life (PACQLQ) applied assess HRQoL family members. SUMMARY OF THE FINDINGS 294 articles were evaluated selected databases, which (n=38) excluded duplicity; (n=239) after reading titles abstracts (n=5) full, totaling 12 eligible meta-analysis. Of articles, 11 (92%) published last five years, children adolescents aged 1-20 2804 samples. In evaluation correlation between disease by ACQ C-ACT/ACT, results satisfactory both analyses [R2: -0.88; p<0.001], C-ACT/ACT 0.82; p<0.001]. CONCLUSIONS show that can influence or relatives asthma.
