摘要: The low and high temperature DC AC conductivities of As-Se-Te glasses have been studied with different Se:Te ratios. transport behaviour has discussed in terms known mechanisms. composition dependence the are structures. among extended states evaluated by subtracting hopping contributions it shown that this part conductivity indicates existence a reference for transport.
