摘要: Expandable graphite (EG) and dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP) were added to polyurethane form flame-retardant high-resilience flexible foam (FPUF) in one-step. The effects of EG DMMP on cell morphology, mechanical properties, dynamic thermal degradation, properties FPUF studied. results indicated that adding proper amount or/and would not seriously damage morphology properties. Dynamic analysis (DMA) demonstrated there two tan δ peaks attributed soft hard segment seperately 15 pbw could enhance damping property FPUF. Thermogravimetric analysis–Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TGA–FTIR) or improve the stability second degradation step but no synergistic effect between two. made composites produce more toxic gases such as CO, however, displayed an opposite effect. Both effectively flame retardant FPUF, was © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Sci. 130: 916-926,
