摘要: A novel wavelength locking scheme called acousto-optic frequency modulation (AOFM) is put forward and demonstrated experimentally. The laser modulated by an modulator, rather than direct dithering on the resonator. new optical configuration proposed to compensate angular deflection of which driven a Direct Digital Synthesis generator with stability precision order Hz. This relatively simple economical, it can avoid extra intensity noise due dither resonator in conventional saturation absorption scheme. Our provides way improve tunable laser.
