摘要: A comprehensive finite element program applicable to all axisymmetric shapes for the prediction of material behavior exposed various heat treatments has been developed based on a thermodynamic and kinetic algorithm predicting hardenability low alloy steels combined with calculation stress distortion evolution. During temperature field calculations microstructural contributions, like latent formation, influence thermophysical properties, dependence σ/e curve, transformation strain, plasticity are taken into account, which give more insight accurate predictions response. Thus optimizations respect hardenability, hardness, residual stresses made possible.
