摘要: The operation principles of acoustic wave sensors for liquids are summarized and results reported on the use ZX-LiNbO3 plate mode (APM) devices as detectors dilute electrolyte metal ion solutions. APM is a slow shear having relatively strong acousto-ionic interaction, thus allows to measure liquid electrical properties by perturbation propagation characteristics.
