摘要: Abstract The genus Fusarium is noted for including important plant pathogens and mycotoxin producers. Furthermore, many lineages have been reported to be efficient in controlling insects exhibit promising characteristics agricultural pest control such as causing high mortality rates having fast action abundant sporulation. In this review we present a survey of peer-reviewed papers published from 2000 2019, demonstrating the widespread pathogenicity insects. This was made using search strings number databases. We list major complexes species entomopathogenic highlight features interest insect well advantages implications practice. Out total forty papers, at least 30 273 isolates were pathogenic at least one insect. Ten harbor fungi, which F. incarnatum-equiseti, fujikuroi, oxysporum solani (= Neocosmospora solani) represented most strains. interactions these fungi received greater attention recent years, but much remains explored, especially regarding specificity host insect, production undesirable secondary metabolites, side-effect safety tests organisms not targets. Detailed investigations regard will crucial if are fully exploit potential pests.
