摘要: This paper examines the production of local and remote knowledge about flows a large Italian lake (Lake Como) on basis dual ethnographic engagement with fishermen computer modellers. The focus is relationship between these two ways knowing lake, in relation to itself places where produced. I first argue that despite being seemingly located at different edges environmental spectrum—the computer- mediated—the fishermen's scientists' knowledges emerge from similar forms skilled their respective environments. In other words, develops place fisherman scientist do not know same ways; rather they ways. raises question what kind modelling labs offices are, how relate talk about, which are elsewhere. propose here use Michel Foucault's concept heterotopia model this complex articulation 'here' 'there' modelling.
