摘要: Abstract Cell wall materials (CWM) were prepared from the skins of Chardonnay and Carignan mature grape berries by sodium deoxycholate-(phenol-acetic acid-water) extraction procedure. Dried skin contained ca 15% CWM with similar features for two cultivars. Skin cell walls made up 30–35% neutral polysaccharides [cellulose, xyloglucan, arabinan, types I II (arabino)-galactans, xylan, mannan] 20% acidic pectic substances moderately methyl-esterified (62%). also contaminated insoluble proanthocyanidins (>15%).
