Structuring governance: A case study of the new organizational provision of public service delivery

摘要: Drawing on research findings concerning the new management structures and paradigms in range of services formerly provided within public sector, this paper reports conducted into governing a newly registered social landlord, formed to take over local authority’s housing stock. Using variety ethnographic methods, looked at ways which members body translated understandings neutrality their everyday practices how expertise was constructed by themselves as well perceptions each other’s expertise. We conclude relating our other literature citizen participation argue that these elements lie tension with, constrain, effective participation.
