摘要: Abstract Three NIH3T3 transformants, MTAg, MTPy, and MT1, which grow similarly in soft agar media, showed remarkable differences athymic mice: MTAg grew more rapidly than whereas MT1 did not, only metastasized lung. Structural analysis of N-glycans from plasma membrane glycoproteins revealed that each sample contains similar amounts N-glycans, but the relative 2,6-branched tri- tetra-antennary oligosaccharides prominently increase biantennary decrease order NIH3T3, those others remained constant.
