摘要: Objectives: To summarize recent research and emerging trends in the area of secondary use healthcare data, to present best papers published this field, selected appear 2017 edition IMIA Yearbook. Methods: A literature review articles 2016 related data was performed using two bibliographic databases. From search, 941 were identified. The section editors independently reviewed for relevancy impact, resulting a consensus list 14 candidate papers. External reviewers examined each final selection made by editorial board Results: retrieved papers, process resulted four These discuss quality concerns, issues preserving privacy patients shared datasets, methods decision support when consuming large amounts raw electronic health record (EHR) data. Conclusion: In 2016, significant effort put into development new systems which aim avoid human understanding pre-processing though is still only an research. value temporal relationships between received study, as did effective information sharing while patient privacy.
