摘要: We report the stepwise assembly of supramolecular daisy chain rotaxanes (DCR) made double-stranded DNA: Small dsDNA macrocycles bearing an axle assemble into a pseudo-DCR precursor that was connected to rigid DNA stoppers form DCR with hybridized axles. In presence release oligodeoxynucleotides (rODNs), are released from their respective hybridization sites on axles, leading stable mechanically interlocked DCRs. Besides expected threaded DCRs, certain amounts externally structures were observed, which dissociate dumbbell in rODNs. show genuine DCRs have significantly higher degrees freedom movement along thread than precursors. Interlocking might serve as versatile principle for constructing functional nanostructures where subunits is restricted within precisely confined tolerance ranges.
