摘要: Abstract A series of Eu 3+ , Sm and Dy ion doped magnesium yttrium silicate [MgY 4 Si 3 O 13 ] phosphors was synthesized using the solid-state reaction method with a grain size approximately 500 nm in hexagonal symmetry. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra :MgY exhibit bright red, orange-red yellow emissions at 615 nm ( 5 D 0 → 7 F 2 ), 603 nm G 52 6 H 7/2 574 nm 9/2 13/2 respectively. thermoluminescence (TL) displays maximum intensity consistently 10 mol% concentrations, single glow peak around 165 °C (Eu -activated phosphor), 230 °C (Sm (Dy trap parameters such as order kinetics b activation energy E frequency factor S Balarin parameter γ ) associated most intensive these were finally determined by analyzing their line-shapes on basis Chen's method.
