摘要: Abstract Pomace is a winemaking by-product, rich in bioactive compounds which exert various health benefits and are used as dietary supplements, cosmetic ingredients, food colorants preservatives. Isolation further utilization of these an important issue pomace waste management. Different industries have different requirements for specific classes thus, selective extraction methods isolation should be developed. In this work, the efficacy six solvents (80% MeOH, 80% EtOH, EtOAc, acetone, acidified 50% MeOH) polyphenolic triterpenoid was examined. Pomaces grape varieties from Fruska Gora winery region Serbia were extraction. 47 phenolics 3 triterpenoids analyzed by LC–MS/MS 5 anthocyanin glucosides LC-UV/VIS, while contents total phenols flavonoids determined spectrophotometrically obtained extracts. The most efficient solvent each class compound defined: EtOAc best obtaining extract polyphenols, MeOH anthocyanins, acetone ursolic acid. For that work on large scale aim at highest raw material, found to choice, providing yield all polyphenols. This study confirmed pomaces vineyards promising source compounds, suggesting their could very attractive pharmaceutical, industries.
