摘要: The objective of this study was to determine the effect cover crop mulches on physical quality a distrophic Red Latosol (Oxisol) under no-tillage. experiment carried out center pivot at Embrapa Rice & Beans, in Santo Antonio de Goias, GO, randomized block design, with eight replications. treatments consisted crops: Brachiaria brizantha; corn associated B. pigeon pea; millet; Panicum maximum; sorghum; Stylosanthes guianensis; and Crotalaria juncea. first seven crops had been cultivated summer season since December 2001 C. juncea November 2003. In winter season, after desiccation, irrigated common bean no-tillage planted. February 2006, soil organic matter content, some attributes, measured by S index were determined. Cover crops, especially grasses, favored aggregation surface layer.
