摘要: Abstract Human γ-globulin containing IgGs generally shows a binding ability to protein A through its Fc region. When purified human was incubated with cis -diamminedichloroplatinum(II) ( -DDP), reduced observed. On the other hand, in plasma showed only slight decrease at similar doses, due probably internal substances by trapping -DDP. Reduction of pretreated -DDP resulted significantly decreased amounts H and HL components, whereas L chain normally detected. These results suggest that affects disulfide(S-S) bond(s) inter H-H chains which locate We have demonstrated causes y-globulin polymerization S-S bond cleavage (Chen et al., Int. J. Pharm., 106 (1994) 249–253). Diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) partly restored these effects on terms bonds, polymerization, A. Since DDTC is known easily cleave Pt-S bond, bonds are likely be responsible for restoration this γ-globulin- interaction.
