摘要: The paper presents a new analytical approach to the calculation of generating system reliability indices. makes it possible relax idealizing assumptions and explicitly model effects operating considerations such as: (1) unit duty cycles reflecting load cycle shape, performance other units, commitment policy, reserve policy; (2) start-up failures; (3) times; (4) outage postponability. models presented can also be used consider basic energy limitations give production cost estimates.
