摘要: Abstract The aim of this document is to present the topic operational optimization in District Heating (DH) systems, with special focus on different kinds thermal energy storage. An solution based solving multiple Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) problems has been proposed and implemented R programming environment. a DH system, especially if system supplied from combined heat power (CHP) plant, difficult complicated task. Finding global financial optimum requires considering long periods time including storage possibilities into consideration. There are three important solutions for storage: hot water tanks, utilization inertia network itself buildings. Each these its advantages disadvantages, they can be reach maximum flexibility at lowest cost. However, modeling operation all place task, since influence transient behavior ways, affect each other. On other hand, optimal planning production done only simple robust simulation models available. Proposed allows storage, their specific behaviors interactions, same keeping model ready used MILP solver. iterative approach applied non-linear phenomena, which problem by optimizations. It successfully “R” environment tested example. results prove useful operators near future.
