摘要: Abstract Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor nanomaterials hold great promises for future electronics and optics. In this paper, we report UV photocurrent response of 2D hybrid materials consisting layered WS 2 nanosheets reduced graphene oxide prepared by using one step hydrothermal method. Few-layer /RGO are characterized Raman spectroscopy HRTEM. The electric optoelectronic properties based photodetector shows a fast 48s 85s high photosensitivity (80 μAW −1 3.21 mAW ) indicating that the two-dimensional composite nanostructure is an important material performance photodetectors.
