摘要: A uniform polycrystalline BaTiO3 layer is coated on Ni nanoparticles by an economic and effective one-step sol-precipitation method for future applications in next-generation multilayer ceramic capacitors. Using NaOH to provide strong alkaline conditions, a highly crystallized obtained with high efficiency. The influence of the coating amount properties powders examined. Transmission electron microscopy energy-dispersive spectroscopy show that continuous uniform. X-ray photoelectron spectra Ba, O states bonding was formed between surfaces. Through this bonding, can heterogeneously nucleate crystallize This very protecting from oxidation as well increasing shrinkage onset temperature nanoparticles. Moreover, these be further improved amount.
