Uric Acid Determination by Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry on Multiwall Carbon Nanotubes Based Screen‐Printed Electrodes

摘要: A sensitive electroanalytical methodology for the determination of uric acid in real samples using adsorptive voltammetry at a multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) modified screen printed electrode (SPCE) is presented. Adsorption takes place open circuit potential an optimized pH 5.0. Studies about effect accumulation time and scan rate on analytical signal were developed confirm adsorption nature electrodic process. Quantitative analysis by its oxidation process +0.18 V (vs. Ag pseudoreference electrode) was carried out with 5 min. Thus, linear voltammetric based reproducible (RSD 5 %) range 1–100 µM obtained. The method then successfully used clinical urine without detection interferences. proposed only requires dilution sample present advantages as low cost easy handling non specialized technicians.
