摘要: Abstarct Ferrous titanate (FeTiO3) nanoparticles with hexagonal disc structure were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. The VSM results show that ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition of FeTiO3 caused high temperature hydrogenation. morphology and lattice was characterized in detail XRD, Raman, SEM TEM. It found the magnetic after hydrogenation could be attributed to change surface effect. Further research XPS treatment cause elemental valence states oxygen vacancies concentration for FeTiO3. weakening double exchange interaction (Fe2+-O-Fe3+) reduction uncompensated spin main transition. This experiment would provide new idea regulating property materials.
