摘要: Abstract In order to obtain high efficiency CdS/CdTe solar cells, a CdTe heat treatment in Cl2 containing atmosphere is necessary. Normally, this done by depositing CdCl2 thin film on top of and heating the system air at fixed temperature. This step disadvantageous large scale fabrication process because it involves use that difficult be handled. We replaced using gas (HCF2Cl) stable, inert not toxic room temperature eliminates evaporation subsequent chemical etching.
