摘要: A rabbit antiserum to a mouse embryonal carcinoma cell line blocks compaction of cleaving embryos. Cell division is not affected up the 32-cell stage but intracellular junctions fail develop. Removal antibody at this permits occur and normal blastocyst develops. Prolonged decompaction beyond embryo results in an increasing proportion malformed blastocysts which trophectodermal cells predominate functional inner mass (ICM) are reduced or absent. The relationship generation ICM trophectoderm lineages intact discussed.
