摘要: Policy learning is together with technological, organisational and institutional an integrated part of the economy. It implies that policy-making itself a process this more takes competence building in many parts economy into account. The paper discusses opportunities conditions for applying policy lessons learned from Danish wind energy success case to other emerging renewable technology areas like solar cells. Although empirical basis specific context, are relevant broader context as well.
