摘要: Abstract We study the hybridization effects in system of strongly correlated d-electrons and nearly free p-electrons. It has been established that there is spin states electrons addition to p- d-states different atoms. This leads formation four energy bands – spin-symmetrized spin-antisymmetrized singlets A- B-states. shown increase temperature a change number d-like states, gaps into spectra shift these relative each other. Numerical analysis performed on an example semiconductor iron monosilicide. The semi-quantitative description electronic magnetic properties this compound obtained. In particular, we obtained disappearance semiconducting gap at 90 K values temperatures corresponding features dependence susceptibility.
