摘要: Dispersive Liquid-Liquid MicroExtraction technique based on Solidification of a Floating Organic drop (DLLME-SFO) combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry was developed for determination thallium in water sample. An appropriate mixture acetone and 1-undecanol rapidly injected into an aqueous sample containing TlCl4 which forms ion pair brilliant green reagent as result cloudy formed. After centrifugation, the test tube cooled 5 min solidified formed top solution transferred suitable vial it dissolved 300μL finally introduced spectrometer. Several factors affecting extraction process, such volume extractant disperser solvents, centrifugation time, concentration green, HCl, ionic strength, diluting solvent interferences were studied. Under optimum operating conditions, calibration graph linear range 240-6000ng/mL limit detection 90 ng/mL preconcentration factor 17. The Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) five replicate measurements 3.6%. accuracy method assessed using certified reference material (unalloyed zinc) spiked tap water. results demonstrated high accuracy, recovery applicability presented method.
