Low temperature cofiring and compatibility with silver electrode of ZnO–SnO2–TiO2–Nb2O5 ceramics with BaCu(B2O5) addition

摘要: Abstract The effect of BaCu(B 2 O 5 ) (BCB) addition on the sintering temperature and microwave dielectric properties 2.5ZnO–0.2SnO –4.8TiO –2.5Nb (ZSTN) has been investigated by solid-state ceramic route. X-ray diffraction scanning electron microscopy techniques were used to analysis structure microstructure. measured resonance method. It was found that BCB can effectively lower from 1100 °C 900 °C, improves ZSTN ceramics. doped ceramics be compatible with Ag electrode, which makes it a promising for LTCC technology application.
