摘要: Lung cancer is one of the most frequent types in humans and a leading cause death worldwide. The high mortality rates are correlated with late diagnosis, which leads to metastasis found patients. Thus, despite all improvement therapeutic approaches, development new drugs that control cell migration required. heptapeptide angiotensin-(1-7) [ang-(1-7)] has demonstrated ability growth human lung cells vitro vivo, elucidation central elements fine-tuning presence ang-(1-7), will support approaches. Ang-(1-7) peptide hormone renin-angiotensin system (RAS) this study investigates modulatory effect on expression pattern microRNAs (miRNAs) tumor cells, elucidate mechanistic concerns about migratory processes. Our primary aim was compare miRNA profiling between treated untreated-heptapeptide characterize relevant molecule modulates cellular rates. analyses selected twenty miRNAs, differentially expressed groups; however, statistical indicated miRNA-149-3p as molecule. Once functional were performed, we plays role This information could be useful for future investigations drug development.
