摘要: The results of the recent works on L3-edge x-ray absorption spectra (XAS) high Tc superconductors are discussed and a detailed comparison between 2p-XPS 2p-XAS La2CuO4 is reported. La2Cu04 was found to be correlated covalent oxide its electronic structure exhibits interatomic intermediate valent state described by mixing many body configurations 3d9 3d10 L where one holefluctuatesbetween oxygen derived band, ligand hole L, Cu 3d orbital d. binding energy eL has been measured in CuO, YBa2Cu3O6.5 Doping Sr gives states at Fermi level * or d L* two holes same CuO4 site. These detected XAS new peak 932.2 eV due transitions from initial final 2p3d10L.*
