摘要: Viral hepatitis is a considerable public health burden affecting millions of people throughout the world. The incidence viral varies greatly depending upon geographic locations, age and gender. Exploring etiological spectrum clinic-epidemiological profile acute (AVH) becomes essential for strategizing preventive measures to control diseases. An epidemiological data depicting AVH situation its etiologies missing from central India. With aim fulfilling this lacuna, present analysis was done on samples tested over period 2 years July 2015 June 2017. Of 1901 cases, 597 individuals (31.4%) were positive infection HEV predominant cause followed by HBV, HAV HCV. Co-infections viruses detected in 42 cases. Co-infection with HBV commonest pattern. Male preponderance observed among cases group 26–45 most susceptible infections, except A, which frequent children. Two hundred patients (33.45%) required hospitalization 51 deaths attributed infections. first time reports intricacies Regular diagnosis etiology monitoring will help patient management assist disease programs take policy decisions.
