摘要: This thesis conducts a preliminary investigation into ASB cultural knowledge strength of police force and local authority within the same jurisdiction. is explored through interpretation, themes experiences frontline officers sitting at strategic layers each organisation. With Police forces Local Authorities receiving high profile criticism performance, organisational research suggests that strong culture aligned to mission values fosters effectiveness superior operational performance. The universality examined in order gain understanding effectiveness. Using newly developed reversed SACKDEN framework, 15 semi structured interviews involving council four equivalent 72 questionnaires across relevant were completed. focus was examine different levels officers.
