摘要: Abstract A cloned 2-kb EcoRI fragment (fragment f) from a 34-kb plasmid of Lactobacillus helveticus CNRZ 1094 was shown by dot blot to specifically hybridize total DNAs 75 L. strains. No hybridization found with acidophilus, crispatus, delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, lactis, gasseri, or intestinalis When Southern blots digests strains were probed f, these displayed restriction length polymorphisms on the basis which they could be grouped into several clusters.
