摘要: Background: Most biologically active forms of vitamin D 3 (1,25(OH) 2 ) and its analogs have functions therapeutic potential that extend beyond those regulating bone mineralization intestinal calcium transport. Objective: We attempt to provide the rationale for effectiveness 1,25(OH) in dermatology. Methods: The recent literature on mechanisms action were reviewed.
