摘要: The adsorption of proteins and synthetic polymers at the air-water interface (AWI) has broad significance in biomedicine biotechnology. Protein behavior AWI can be guided to control structure two-dimensional biopolymer film. In addition, affect how plasma act on implant or drug carrier surfaces, also decrease potential for gas embolism. this thesis, fluorescence microscopy was applied combination with tensiometry atomic force study alone under effect polymers. First, morphology serum albumin layer controlled by solution conditions explored microscopy. Heterogeneity micron scale observed protein film during reduced concentrations. Moreover, competition interfacial area between Pluronic surfactant F-127 fibrinogen studied semi-quantitative confocal methods. A transition stage where underwent lateral phase separation found. Two competing processes were revealed – disintegration protein-rich coalescence phase. Lastly, interaction immunoglobulin thin a widely used polydimethylsiloxane polymer AWI. compression state shown significantly guide into circular domain structures. Overall, work demonstrated wide utility protein-protein protein-synthetic interactions
