摘要: Thermoluminescence (TL) materials are widely used in radiation measurements. The best-known applications of TL the dosimetry ionizing radiation, and CTV screen phosphors, scintillators, X-ray laser materials, etc. glow curve its kinetic parameters for annealed LaPO4 at different constant temperatures Dy3+-doped phosphors irradiated by gamma-rays reported here. samples were using a 60Co gamma-ray source dose 10 Gy heating rate measurements was 5oC/s. characterized diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared, transmission electron microscopy techniques. XRD pattern shows that prepared phosphor has good crystalline structure with an average crystallite size ~ 18 nm. show peaks 0.05, 0.1 0.2 mole % doping concentrations Dy3+ ions anneal above 400oC. characteristics analyzed trapping calculated various methods. All curves obey second-order kinetics single peak, which reveals only one set parameter is particular temperature. sensitivity found to depend upon annealing temperature concentration. sample may be new nano useful dosimetry.
