摘要: We investigate how an ad hoc collaboration between devices which happen to be physically close each other can improve the quality of pedestrian dead-reckoning (PDR). The general idea is that whenever two users come other, their use proximity information PDR location estimates. In a public space improvement will not only affect involved users, but also all people they meet and collaborate with in future. On data collected from mobile phones 12 over course three days during open air festival Malta (a total 60 walked kilometres) we demonstrate such localisation accuracy by factor four prevent unbounded error. results imply crowded spaces enables even simple smart phone-based systems provide effective long time periods distances.
