摘要: Abstract Numerical modelling of microstructure evolution during cold rolling and the subsequent annealing a two phase ferritic–pearlitic sample under an α/γ transformation regime is subject present work. The multi scale model based on digital material representation taking into account exact morphology used in research to investigate inhomogeneous strain distribution rolling. Obtained results are then incorporated discrete cellular automata static recrystallization. Data transfer between finite element models performed by means interpolation method Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamic. Details about developed recrystallization presented within paper. complete finally validated against series experimental operations. Various conditions were as case studies prove robustness numerical approach.
