摘要: Because of the emergence technologies that allow more flexible interconnections, we propose to divide Interorganizational Information Systems (IOSs) adoption into two decision processes: electronic data exchanges and technological choices. Indeed they are sequentially in extreme case simultaneously related but independent since rarely imposes a choice. In this context, research aims at distinguishing factors influencing for company adopt with its partners supporting these exchanges. We investigate product information French consumer goods retail industry through external catalogue, internal catalogue Extranets. Analysis 25 studies allows us conclude it is relevant distinguish decisions each one.
