Off-Line Verification for Chinese Signatures

摘要: Signature verification is one of the important methodologies for personnel identification. Because its wide applications to security practices quite a number signature techniques associated with various features have been proposed. The utilized in system directly affect performance system. In this paper, we review variety recently proposed signatures and present two new features. Each these examined evaluate Chinese verification. Then choose combine that establish good rates. As result, propose an off-line based on combination experimental results show achieves term rate.
