摘要: Nanorods of a diorganotin phosphonic diamide with formula [Sn(CH3)2(Cl)2(L)2]{L = C6H5(O)P(NHC6H11)2} have been synthesized by sonochemical processes at different concentrations without any surfactant or capping agent. The structure and morphology the prepared complex were investigated using SEM-EDAX, XRD, DLS, UV–Vis FT-IR spectroscopy. Nanoparticles well-defined rod shapes sizes in range 30–40 nm obtained. Also bulk form titled was characterized 1H, 13C, 31P, 119Sn NMR, spectroscopy compared its nano-size. thermal stabilities nano-size scale studied gravimetric (TG) differential analysis (DTA). Further, SnP2O7 nanoparticles direct calcination 730 °C under air atmosphere SEM, TEM. From XRD measurements, we determined mean size crystallites about 27.4 nm. It is found that tin pyrophosphate nano-structures are dependent upon particles precursor compound as well. Two forms metal coordination (1a, 1b) corresponding ligand (L) screened for their antibacterial activity against selected Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria, showing bactericidal complexes 1a 1b. In vitro cytotoxicity compounds human carcinoma cell lines, A2780 (ovarian cancer) PC-3 (prostate cancer). Results indicated 1b possess relatively strong cytotoxic cancer cells IC50 values ranging from 93.2 to 376.2 μM two exposure time (24 48 h).
